• • The Director & Life Sciences Technology Leader, Market Access is responsible for shaping and delivering innovative technology and data-driven solutions that enable market access excellence for biopharma organizations, combining deep expertise in access-related business processes with advanced technology consulting capabilities.
• • Day to day, the role involves driving business development by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, leading sales efforts, owning and evolving a portfolio of technology assets, advising clients on technology strategy, defining and scaling technology-enabled solutions, overseeing integration of AI/ML and automation, leading multiple engagements, mentoring consulting staff, monitoring industry trends, and supporting firm-building activities.
