- • As Director, Medical Communications at Novartis AG, you will shape and execute the US medical communications strategy across product launches and lifecycle moments, setting the scientific narrative and ensuring all medical materials are accurate, consistent, and compliant.
- • Day to day, you will design and implement medical communications strategies, define publication strategies, co-create scientific narratives, oversee development of medical content across channels, ensure messaging consistency, collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Clinical Development, and Commercial teams, serve as the US Medical Affairs single point of contact for content development, partner with external agencies and scientific experts, and lead and mentor medical writers and communication specialists.
