- • As the Director of Academic Programming at Campus LLC, you will step into a pivotal leadership role, serving as the academic functional leader for our entire program portfolio. This position is designed for a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of academic operations, faculty management, and the intricacies of scaling educational programs responsibly. You will be instrumental in centralizing cross-program academic processes, fortifying our faculty management systems, and ensuring our programs are not only compliant and scalable but also technologically advanced and integrated within our institutional framework.
- • Your primary focus will be on portfolio-level leadership, providing structured support to our Program Directors to ensure alignment, accountability, and consistent execution across all academic programs. This involves building and maintaining robust shared academic operating systems and governance frameworks that actively work to dismantle silos and foster collaboration. You will be the architect of cohesive academic operating systems that empower our programs to evolve, launch effectively, and grow with strategic foresight.
- • A key aspect of your role will be to meticulously monitor critical portfolio-level indicators, including enrollment trends, student retention rates, faculty capacity, and instructional quality metrics. By proactively identifying cross-program risks and resolving structural bottlenecks, you will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our academic offerings. This includes supporting responsible program scaling initiatives, facilitating the successful launch of new programs, and seamlessly integrating redesigned or newly acquired programs into our existing ecosystem.
- • You will play a crucial role in defining and advancing Campus’s overarching teaching and learning philosophy. This involves ensuring this philosophy is not only clearly articulated but also consistently and effectively executed across all programs. Your leadership will ensure that curriculum design, instructional execution, and assessment data are in lockstep with institutional standards, creating a unified and high-quality academic experience for our students.
- • Furthermore, you will oversee the structured program review processes, manage annual assessment cycles, and ensure the thorough documentation of continuous improvement efforts. By partnering closely with our institutional data teams, you will enhance dashboarding and reporting capabilities across all programs, providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making. Your expertise will be vital in providing structured support to Program Directors in all facets of faculty management, including hiring, evaluation, performance management, and the continuous improvement of instructional quality.

🎯 Requirements
- • Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- • 8–12+ years of progressive leadership experience in higher education or academic program operations.
- • Demonstrated experience overseeing multiple academic programs or an academic portfolio.
- • Proven experience directly managing faculty, including hiring, evaluation, and performance development.
- • Strong background in program assessment, academic review cycles, and continuous improvement processes.
- • Demonstrated understanding of instructional quality, pedagogical approaches, and student learning outcomes.
- • Experience operating in technology-enabled or online education environments.
- • Strong cross-functional and executive communication skills.
- • Doctorate preferred.
- • 2+ years of experience teaching in higher education.
- • Experience working within institutional accreditation environments (ACCJC or similar).
- • Experience launching or redesigning academic programs.
- • Experience integrating AI or advanced educational technologies into academic delivery.
