- • As Director of Business Intelligence for IVR, Digital IVA & Conversational AI at Humana Inc., you will lead strategic analytics initiatives that drive the transformation of conversational platforms, directly impacting how millions of customers engage with healthcare services through voice and digital channels.
- • You will partner with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to define and execute analytics strategies, manage the analytics backlog, prioritize work based on strategic value, and translate insights into executive-ready reports that inform business decisions and measure operational and financial value.
- • You will build and lead a high-performing team, foster technical excellence and collaboration, strengthen cross-functional partnerships, and navigate organizational complexity to deliver company-wide impact through data-driven decision-making.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in conversational AI analytics, influence senior leadership with data-backed recommendations, and shape the future of customer experience measurement in healthcare—advancing both your technical leadership and strategic impact.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of business intelligence experience, with 7+ years focused on IVR, digital IVA, conversational AI, or voice/chat automation
- • 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and driving cross-functional initiatives
- • Strong understanding of measurement strategies for IVR effectiveness, digital chat/messaging, AI/agentic conversational experiences, and customer engagement
- • Proven success delivering insights from conversational experiences across voice and digital channels, including identifying friction points and optimization opportunities
- • Experience executing roadmaps using agile methodologies and human-centered design principles
- • Excellent communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams and present to senior leadership
