ThinkAhead Solutions LLC is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Director of Client Operations – Cloud to spearhead the operational execution, governance, and scalability of our rapidly expanding Cloud business.
- • This is a pivotal leadership opportunity for a seasoned operator who thrives in ambiguous environments and is eager to define, build, and refine the processes, governance frameworks, and operating models that will fuel AHEAD’s next era of significant cloud growth. You will be instrumental in shaping the very foundation of how our Cloud business is transacted, billed, booked, and supported at scale, ensuring seamless and efficient operations.
- • Your primary mission will be to demystify the complexities of cloud operations. This involves translating intricate partner programs, diverse funding mechanisms, sophisticated deal structures, and varied booking paths into robust, compliant, and highly scalable processes. You will achieve tangible results by meticulously evaluating and organizing processes, data, and workflows, directly contributing to the optimization of business outcomes and driving operational efficiency.
- • Collaboration is key in this role. You will work cross-functionally with critical departments such as Sales, Finance, Services, and Executive Leadership. Your ability to drive efficiencies across these teams will be paramount in enabling AHEAD to scale its operations effectively and meet the demands of our growing client base.
- • As a dedicated people leader, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing a global team of Client Operations professionals. Initially, you will lead a team of approximately five direct reports, with the expectation of significant team growth as the Cloud business continues its upward trajectory. This leadership extends to fostering a culture of continuous improvement, professional development, and high performance within your team, ensuring they are equipped to support our strategic objectives.
- • This role serves as a critical strategic partner, providing essential operational support and insights to Sales, Finance, Services, and Executive Leadership. Your focus will be on ensuring that all Cloud transactions are executed with the utmost accuracy, efficiency, and in strict alignment with company policies and the complex requirements of our partner programs.
- • You will hold significant fiduciary responsibility for the business, acting as a diligent steward of all Cloud transactions from the initial pre-sale engagement through to the post-sale support phase. Your deep understanding of the cloud ecosystem, coupled with strong financial and operational acumen, will be vital in safeguarding AHEAD’s financial success.
- • This includes a comprehensive grasp of cloud partner programs, including deal registrations, funding utilization, quoting processes, booking procedures, invoicing, and the effective resolution of post-sale issues. You will be the go-to expert for operationalizing these critical elements.
- • You will be responsible for developing and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the health and efficiency of Cloud operations, providing regular reports and insights to executive leadership. This includes identifying areas for improvement and proactively implementing solutions.
- • The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in building and scaling operational functions within a technology-focused organization, preferably within the cloud services sector. Experience with enterprise-level clients and complex deal structures is highly desirable.
- • You will champion best practices in operational management, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and partner agreements. This includes establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key cloud partners to stay abreast of program changes and opportunities.
- • Ultimately, this role is about driving predictable, repeatable, and scalable operational success for AHEAD’s Cloud business, enabling the company to achieve its ambitious growth targets and deliver exceptional value to our clients.
