- • As Director of Demand Generation at MeetingTomorrow, Inc., you will own the end-to-end pipeline from first touch to sales handoff, driving qualified leads across paid advertising, organic search, SEO, and AI-powered search (GEO) to fuel revenue growth for a 23-year-old event agency serving Fortune 500 clients.
- • You will build and execute the demand generation roadmap, manage paid media on Google and LinkedIn, own SEO strategy, develop AI-powered search visibility, create agentic workflows for automation, run A/B tests, and partner closely with Sales on lead handoff and pipeline review—ensuring compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA.
- • MeetingTomorrow is a full-service event agency with 90 employees, 80% remote, headquartered in Chicago, known for its exceptional customer experience, collaborative culture, and recognition as a Top 20 Inspiring Workplace in North America and recipient of the Events Industry Council's Social Impact Award.
- • You will build systems that compound over time, gain full budget accountability for demand gen dollars, develop expertise in AI-driven search and agentic workflows, and directly impact pipeline quality, MQL-to-SQL conversion, and CAC—positioning you as a strategic growth leader in a mission-driven, innovative marketing team.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven SEO expertise with demonstrable results in ranking websites and content
- • Hands-on experience building AI agents or agentic workflows that automated real marketing functions
- • Clear track record of digital lead growth tied to revenue, with ability to quantify impact
- • Strong data fluency: ability to own numbers, run analysis, and explain pipeline story to leadership
- • Experience with paid media platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn) and marketing automation/CRM systems (HubSpot, Marketo, ActiveCampaign, or equivalent)
