- • Own and aggressively grow a named territory across Australia, New Zealand and select high-growth ASEAN markets. You will be the single-threaded owner of revenue for this patch, building and executing a data-driven plan that consistently delivers 100 %+ of quota.
- • Drive pure outbound pipeline generation through high-volume, high-quality prospecting. Expect to make 60-80 targeted touches per day across cold calls, hyper-personalised emails, LinkedIn video messages and creative social campaigns that cut through the noise and land meetings with CIOs, CFOs and Heads of Customer Experience.
- • Run complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from first cold touch to signed contract. You will lead discovery calls, map power bases, co-deliver tailored demos with our Solutions Engineers, build business cases, negotiate commercials and close deals that range from $20k to $500k ARR within a 30-90 day average cycle.
- • Leverage best-in-class sales tech stack (Salesforce, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Gong, Outreach, 6sense) to research accounts, prioritise prospects, sequence outreach and analyse what messaging converts. You will be expected to maintain pristine CRM hygiene so leadership has real-time visibility into every deal.
- • Partner with a dedicated Business Development Rep to double your reach. Together you will run weekly “sprint” sessions to identify whitespace, craft account-based plays and penetrate Fortune 500 subsidiaries, fast-growing scale-ups and public sector agencies across ANZ.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Presales, Product Marketing and Customer Success to deliver seamless buyer experiences. You will bring market feedback to product roadmaps, co-author case studies and ensure every new customer is set up for rapid time-to-value and expansion.
- • Build and nurture a vibrant partner ecosystem. You will co-sell with regional VARs, SIs and referral partners, co-host field events and webinars, and create joint value propositions that open doors faster than direct outreach alone.
- • Consistently exceed monthly pipeline and quarterly revenue targets. Top performers in this role have historically achieved 120-150 % of quota and progressed into Enterprise AE or Regional Sales Manager positions within 18-24 months.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of full-cycle outbound SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding $1M+ ARR quotas
- • Demonstrated success selling into ANZ mid-market or enterprise accounts; familiarity with ASEAN markets is a strong plus
- • Expert-level command of modern prospecting tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Gong) and a disciplined approach to CRM hygiene
- • Ability to run consultative discovery, build ROI business cases and negotiate complex contracts with multiple stakeholders
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; experience selling customer support, ITSM or CRM solutions is highly desirable
