Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the end-to-end strategy, planning, and flawless execution of every Lwolf event, webinar, and thought-leadership moment. You will build the annual calendar, secure venues, manage budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and shepherd each program from concept to post-event analysis—turning abstract ideas into memorable experiences that amplify our brand and generate qualified pipeline.
- • Translate complex residential real-estate technology concepts into irresistible stories for press, analysts, prospects, and customers. You will craft press releases, by-lined articles, award submissions, and executive briefing documents that position Lwolf as the definitive voice of innovation in proptech.
- • Serve as the primary interface between Lwolf and our external PR agency, ensuring every announcement, media pitch, and crisis-response plan is on-message, on-brand, and on-time. You will quarterback approvals across Legal, Product, and Executive Leadership while keeping momentum with journalists and influencers.
- • Build and nurture relationships with industry associations, conference organizers, and key media contacts to secure high-impact speaking slots, panel invitations, and contributed-content opportunities. You will prep executives and subject-matter experts with talking points, slide decks, and media-training sessions that boost confidence and consistency.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, HR, and Revenue Operations to embed events and PR moments into broader campaign themes, ensuring follow-up emails, nurture sequences, and sales enablement assets are ready to convert buzz into booked meetings.
- • Promote every event and PR win internally as well as externally. You will partner with HR and Internal Communications to craft employee announcements, Slack celebrations, and intranet spotlights that keep global teams informed, inspired, and proud of the brand they’re building.
- • Establish and obsess over KPIs—registration vs. attendance ratios, MQL generation, share-of-voice, media sentiment, and pipeline attribution. You will build dashboards, present insights to leadership, and iterate programs in real time to double-down on what works and sunset what doesn’t.
- • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in speaker line-ups, award submissions, and story angles, ensuring Lwolf’s public presence reflects the communities we serve and the future we’re creating for residential real estate.
- • Maintain a living “playbook” of best practices, vendor scorecards, and post-mortem templates so the team scales faster with each quarter. You will mentor junior marketers and share learnings across the Revenue org to elevate everyone’s craft.
