- • Own the full-funnel growth engine for a category-defining B2B SaaS platform that already powers unforgettable experiences for Hyatt, Hilton, Auberge Resorts and other global hospitality leaders. You will architect and execute account-based marketing (ABM) strategies that directly influence multi-million-dollar enterprise deals while simultaneously running high-velocity experiments that unlock new pipeline across paid, earned, and owned channels.
- • Build and continuously refine a data-driven ABM program that pinpoints and penetrates the 150–200 highest-value hotel groups, resort collections, and experiential brands worldwide. You will map buying committees, craft hyper-personalized campaigns, orchestrate one-to-few and one-to-one plays, and partner with Sales to ensure every touchpoint accelerates deal velocity and expands annual contract value.
- • Design and run relentless growth experiments—paid social, search, programmatic, referral partnerships, customer-led growth loops, outbound email sequences, event activations, and on-site CRO—that convert cold prospects into qualified opportunities. You will own the experiment roadmap, hypothesis writing, creative briefing, budget allocation, statistical analysis, and rapid iteration cycles that deliver compounding wins.
- • Optimize every pixel of the conversion path. From first ad impression to demo request, from nurture email to pricing page, you will lead A/B and multivariate tests that remove friction, sharpen messaging, and lift conversion rates across landing pages, lead forms, chatbots, and in-product onboarding flows. Your work will be measured in pipeline dollars, not vanity metrics.
- • Leverage best-in-class marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) and CRM orchestration to deliver laser-targeted, behavior-based communications that nurture prospects through complex 6–18-month buying cycles. You will build segmented workflows, scoring models, and dynamic content that make every interaction feel hand-written while scaling to thousands of accounts.
- • Collaborate shoulder-to-shoulder with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to launch new product modules, vertical expansions, and marquee customer stories. You will translate technical roadmaps into magnetic campaigns, craft sales-enablement assets, and ensure the entire GTM motion sings from the same revenue hymn sheet.
- • Report, forecast, and present performance to the executive team and board. You will build dashboards that track CAC, LTV, pipeline coverage, win rates, and payback periods, turning raw data into actionable insights that guide budget re-allocation and strategic pivots. Your narrative will influence how we invest the next $10M in growth capital.
