- • Own the entire PNW region for Sevenai as our founding Senior Account Executive—this is not a “plug-and-play” territory. You will architect the region from zero, defining Ideal Customer Profiles, vertical prioritization, and repeatable sales motions that the rest of the company will adopt globally.
- • Quarterback complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals ($250K–$2M ARR) with Fortune 1000 security teams who are drowning in alert fatigue and tool sprawl. You will translate technical capabilities into board-level business outcomes, mapping Sevenai’s autonomous SOC platform to CISO KPIs like MTTR reduction, analyst burnout, and breach-cost avoidance.
- • Build and continuously refine a data-driven pipeline engine. You will leverage intent data, ABM campaigns, channel partners, and your own network to create 3–4× coverage every quarter, while documenting what messaging, sequences, and proof-of-concepts convert best so Marketing and SDR teams can scale your playbook.
- • Deliver jaw-dropping demos and proof-of-value engagements. Working elbow-to-elbow with our Security Research team, you will spin up live attack simulations in customer environments, showcasing how our AI agents triage, investigate, and respond faster than a tier-3 analyst—turning skeptics into champions in 30 minutes.
- • Serve as the voice of the PNW market inside Sevenai. You will run win-loss calls, synthesize competitive intelligence, and feed real-world use cases to Product weekly—directly influencing roadmap decisions on integrations (Splunk, CrowdStrike, AWS), pricing tiers, and deployment models (SaaS, on-prem, FedRAMP).
- • Coach and mentor future AEs and SEs. As the first senior hire in the region, you will design onboarding checklists, call-review rubrics, and deal-review frameworks that become the gold standard as we scale from 1 → 10 sellers over the next 18 months.
- • Exceed quarterly and annual ARR targets while maintaining a CAC payback of <12 months. You will negotiate multi-year contracts with built-in expansion clauses, ensuring each new logo becomes a $1M+ account within 24 months through land-and-expand motions.
- • Travel up to 40 % across Seattle, Portland, Vancouver BC, and Boise to run executive workshops, purple-team exercises, and customer advisory boards—turning regional CISOs into Sevenai evangelists who speak on our behalf at RSAC, Blue Team Village, and local ISSA chapters.
