  • • Drive Optotune’s expansion across the Nordics and Baltics as the sole Sales Manager for the region, owning the full revenue cycle from lead generation to signed contracts and long-term account growth.
  • • Deepen relationships with existing customers in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden by running quarterly business reviews, uncovering new application areas and ensuring Optotune’s adaptive optics are designed into next-generation products.
  • • Hunt for new business in untouched verticals—medical devices, microscopy, semiconductor capital equipment, laser material processing and machine vision—translating technical advantages into clear ROI for R&D directors and VP-level decision makers.
  • • Map and prioritize a target list of 150+ high-value prospects, execute multi-touch outreach (email, LinkedIn, trade-show floor, partner referrals) and move opportunities through a disciplined HubSpot pipeline to achieve a 3Ă— pipeline coverage ratio.
  • • Provide crisp, data-backed feedback to the Zurich-based product management team on feature gaps, pricing sensitivity and emerging market trends, directly influencing the 18-month roadmap of tunable lenses and laser beam shapers.
  • • Recruit, train and coach a network of local distributors and reps, setting quarterly revenue targets, running joint customer visits and ensuring brand consistency across Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Norway.
  • • Own the regional marketing calendar: select and manage booth presence at Vision Stockholm, ELMIA Subcontractor, MedTech Denmark and at least three additional niche events; coordinate pre-show mailers, on-site demos and post-show follow-up campaigns.
  • • Deliver technical sales presentations and hands-on product demonstrations in customer labs, adjusting beam-steering parameters in real time to prove performance gains over fixed optics.
  • • Negotiate frame agreements, volume pricing and supply-chain forecasts, collaborating with operations to secure buffer stock and guarantee 98 % on-time delivery for key accounts.
  • • Track sales KPIs (ARR, funnel velocity, win rate, average deal size) in weekly dashboards, presenting results and action plans to the global sales VP during monthly Zoom reviews.
  • • Champion a respectful, high-energy culture by sharing Nordic market insights with peers in APAC and the Americas, contributing to a fast-growing high-tech environment where every voice counts and decisions are made in days, not quarters.
