  • • As an HR Generalist at Bjakcareer, you will be the backbone of our People Operations, ensuring the seamless and accurate execution of daily HR administrative tasks that are critical to the employee experience and operational efficiency. You will be instrumental in supporting the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, while meticulously maintaining HR records and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
  • • **HR Administration & Documentation Excellence:** Your primary responsibility will involve the precise preparation and management of essential HR documentation. This includes crafting official HR letters such as employment confirmations, probation extensions, transfer letters, and new employment agreements. You will be the custodian of employee records, ensuring both digital and physical filing systems are impeccably maintained, organized, and easily accessible. A key part of this role is ensuring that all employee data changes, from new hires to status updates, are promptly and accurately reflected in our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and internal tracking mechanisms, guaranteeing data integrity and operational continuity.
  • • **HRIS & Data Management Mastery:** You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the accuracy and completeness of our HRIS. This involves diligently updating employee information for new joiners, processing changes related to transfers, confirmations, and resignations, and ensuring all data is current. Your contribution to maintaining accurate headcount records and tracking employee movements will be vital for strategic workforce planning and reporting. Furthermore, you will actively support data audits, collaborating with the team to ensure consistency, compliance, and the highest standards of data quality across all HR systems.
  • • **Onboarding Support & First Impressions:** You will be a key player in creating a positive and welcoming experience for new employees. This involves preparing comprehensive onboarding materials, ensuring necessary documentation is ready, and coordinating account access with relevant departments. You will work closely with IT, Admin, and hiring managers to guarantee a smooth and prepared environment for the employee's first day. Your role will extend to assisting with initial onboarding briefings and efficiently collecting all required documentation, setting new hires up for success from the outset.
  • • **Attendance, Leave & Timesheet Tracking:** Maintaining accurate records of employee attendance, leave, and timesheets is a crucial function. You will be responsible for diligently tracking leave balances, monitoring attendance patterns, ensuring shift compliance, and verifying timesheet submissions. Any anomalies or discrepancies identified will be promptly flagged to the Senior HR Operations team for timely resolution. Your support in generating accurate attendance reports will be essential for the smooth processing of payroll.
  • • **Benefits Administration Assistance:** You will provide essential support in the administration of employee benefits. This includes assisting with updates for insurance policies, facilitating employee enrollment in various benefit programs, and supporting the claims processing. You will be a point of contact for employees, addressing their queries regarding benefits, medical claims, and policy guidelines, ensuring they have the information and support they need.
  • • **Offboarding Process Facilitation:** You will assist in managing the offboarding process efficiently and respectfully. This includes coordinating the completion of exit clearance forms, ensuring the timely removal of system access, and tracking the return of company assets. Your diligence in ensuring that all exit-related documentation is accurately completed and that HRIS records are updated promptly will contribute to a smooth and compliant departure process for employees.
  • • **Continuous Improvement & Collaboration:** Beyond these core responsibilities, you will actively participate in team meetings, contribute to process improvements, and collaborate with other members of the People team to enhance the overall HR function at Bjakcareer. Your commitment to learning and development will be supported, providing you with hands-on exposure across all HR operations functions and a clear path for growth.

  • • Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to maintain accurate and organized records.
