- • The Director of Demand Generation, ABM and Marketing Operations at Knox Systems owns the digital demand engine, driving awareness, interest, and pipeline generation across the full customer journey with a focus on measurable, sales-aligned pipeline rather than lead volume.
- • Day to day, the role involves designing and executing digital-first demand programs across paid media, website, email, lead nurturing, and digital ABM; building and managing demand generation budgets with ROI tracking; developing tiered ABM programs aligned with sales strategy; owning the Knox website as a conversion engine; and defining data-driven demand and pipeline plans in partnership with Sales and Finance.
- • Knox Systems runs the largest Federal managed cloud, building and operating secure cloud and AI environments for U.S. government missions, where work is high-impact, purpose-driven, and requires speed, rigor, and trust due to the critical nature of securing sensitive government systems.
- • In this role, the person will learn to scale marketing operations and martech stacks, optimize attribution and lead scoring systems, align marketing with revenue outcomes, and build repeatable playbooks for digital demand, ABM, and ops to support federal-scale growth while contributing directly to national security and public service missions.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of B2B demand generation experience in SaaS or complex, technical products
- • Proven track record generating sales-aligned pipeline through digital demand and ABM programs
- • Strong experience across digital demand channels: paid advertising, website optimization, email and lead nurturing, digital ABM, and performance marketing
- • Demonstrated ability to build data-driven targets, develop forecasts, and optimize based on results-based optimization
- • Hands-on experience with marketing operations and martech: attribution, lead scoring, routing, CRM integration, and marketing automation
- • U.S. citizenship required (dual citizenship not permitted) due to federal government client work and compliance regulations
