- • The Director of DevOps, IT, and Security is a leadership role responsible for building, scaling, and operating Zippy’s core infrastructure, internal IT systems, and security program, ensuring alignment with company priorities, regulatory requirements, and product engineering needs.
- • Day to day, the person will lead and grow a high-performing team across DevOps, IT, and Security; define strategic roadmaps; oversee DevOps architecture and IT operations; own security posture and compliance; drive operational excellence through metrics and continuous improvement; collaborate cross-functionally; and mentor team members while setting clear priorities and performance expectations.
