  • • As the Director of EAP Operations, you will assume comprehensive ownership of the end-to-end operational delivery for our entire EAP portfolio. This involves the strategic integration of both Program Management and Site Management functions into a unified, scalable, and outcome-oriented operational model. Your responsibilities will extend beyond ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, speed, and resilience; you will be expected to embody an entrepreneurial spirit. This means actively identifying new opportunities for growth, relentlessly optimizing existing processes, and making commercially astute decisions that foster sustainable and robust business expansion.
  • • You will be an integral member of the Operations Leadership Team, reporting directly to our Chief Operating Officer. This position is ideally suited for an individual who thrives in complex environments, possesses a demonstrated ability to build and nurture high-performing teams, and is committed to elevating operational standards across the board. A key aspect of this role is the ability to balance a patient-centric approach with a sharp commercial acumen, ensuring that our operations always serve the best interests of patients while driving business success.
  • • WHAT YOU'LL DO IN THIS ROLE:
  • • Assume full ownership of the end-to-end operating model for EAP Program and Site Management, ensuring that delivery is not only compliant but also scalable to meet growing global demand.
  • • Translate high-level strategic objectives and portfolio forecasts into actionable plans for capacity planning, organizational design, and critical hiring priorities.
  • • Develop and implement resilient coverage and escalation models across the entire EAP portfolio, proactively mitigating single points of failure and ensuring business continuity.
  • • Lead and mentor the EAP Program Management team, fostering a culture of consistent, high-quality execution across diverse clients and geographical regions.
  • • Guide and develop the EAP Site Management team, focusing on cultivating strong site engagement, ensuring equitable workload distribution, and driving exceptional service performance.
  • • Champion the standardization of processes and drive a culture of continuous improvement across all ways of working, operational tooling, and overall operational excellence initiatives.
  • • Establish and maintain a robust governance framework, including the definition and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs), regular performance reviews, proactive risk management, and rigorous quality oversight.
  • • Serve as the senior escalation point for complex delivery challenges, critical regulatory issues, and significant stakeholder management situations.
  • • Cultivate a pipeline of exceptional leadership talent within the team through effective coaching, performance management, and strategic succession planning.
  • • Collaborate closely with Finance, People (HR), and other Operations teams to inform budgeting, workforce planning, and strategic scale-up decisions.
  • • WHAT SUCCESS IN THE FIRST 6 MONTHS LOOKS LIKE:
  • • Achieve a comprehensive understanding of the EAP portfolio and its operational realities, enabling you to clearly articulate the most significant operational opportunities and risks, along with well-defined recommendations for mitigation and improvement.
  • • Establish clear ownership, streamlined workflows, defined escalation paths, and a universally understood definition of “excellence” across both Program and Site Management functions.
  • • Enhance the existing operating model to demonstrably improve consistency, accelerate delivery timelines, and bolster resilience across the entire EAP portfolio.
  • • Successfully manage the expected ramp-up of the EAP business, achieving key targets for both patients served and revenue generated.
  • • Implement a clear and consistent KPI rhythm focused on quality, timelines, compliance, and service levels, supported by transparent and actionable performance reporting.
  • • Optimize capacity planning and coverage strategies, thereby reducing single points of failure and enabling more predictable and reliable delivery outcomes.
  • • Introduce at least 1-2 concrete operational improvements (e.g., process enhancements, tooling adoption, standardization initiatives) that yield measurable positive impacts on delivery outcomes.
  • • Be recognized as a trusted and valuable member of the Operations Leadership Team, actively contributing to raising the operational bar and building positive momentum within the organization.
