- • As Director of Growth Marketing at Tava Health, you will lead the strategy and execution of growth initiatives across both B2B and B2C channels to scale client acquisition, provider network expansion, and enterprise partnerships, directly advancing the mission to make mental health care accessible and stigma-free for everyone.
- • You will own end-to-end demand generation for therapist and psychiatric provider adoption of Tava’s platform, design multi-channel acquisition funnels optimized for CPL, CAC, and LTV, and lead campaigns targeting individual and small-group practices to drive platform utilization and revenue growth.
- • You will develop and execute strategies to attract licensed therapists and psychiatric providers to join Tava’s provider network, generate inbound demand from employers, health insurers, EAPs, and enterprise partners, and support sales with ABM and nurture programs to accelerate deal velocity.
- • You will lead B2C member acquisition across paid search, paid social, CTV, programmatic, affiliate/partnership, and other channels, managing full-funnel conversion optimization and maintaining a rigorous analytical framework for CAC/LTV-based investment decisions.
- • You will build, mentor, and lead a high-performing growth marketing team, manage the department budget and agency/vendor relationships, own growth KPIs, conduct regular business reviews with stakeholders, and foster a culture of disciplined experimentation through hypothesis-driven testing and scaling of winning initiatives.
- • You will collaborate closely with product, product marketing, and engineering teams to optimize landing pages and conversion funnels, ensuring alignment between growth tactics and product experience while driving measurable improvements in user acquisition and retention.
- • You will partner with executive leadership to communicate growth performance, translate data into actionable insights, and shape strategic decisions that impact company-wide objectives, leveraging your analytical fluency in attribution modeling, media mix modeling, and forecasting.

🎯 Requirements
- • 12+ years of growth marketing experience with a proven track record of driving measurable, outsized growth in high-velocity environments.
- • 3+ years of leadership experience managing the growth marketing function at a high-growth company, including direct responsibility for team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
- • Deep expertise in performance marketing channels including paid search, paid social, connected TV (CTV), affiliate, and programmatic advertising, with hands-on campaign management and optimization experience.
- • Strong B2B demand generation background targeting SMB and/or enterprise audiences, with experience designing and scaling multi-touch acquisition funnels.
- • Excellent analytical skills with fluency in attribution modeling, marketing analytics platforms, media mix modeling, CAC/LTV frameworks, and budget/revenue forecasting to inform strategic investment decisions.
