You will play a pivotal role in designing and building transformative educational experiences for our enterprise clients, directly impacting Correlation One's mission to create equal access to data-driven jobs.
  • • This is a strategic and hands-on leadership position where you will serve as a key thought partner to enterprise clients, guiding them through their digital transformation journeys. You will leverage your deep expertise in learning design, data, AI, and corporate training to conceptualize and deliver innovative solutions that meet complex client objectives.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to build and nurture strong client partnerships. This involves deeply understanding each client's unique goals, challenges, and organizational context to craft meaningful and impactful learning experiences. You will interact directly with enterprise representatives, conducting regular meetings to ensure the learning design, content creation, and delivery plans are meticulously aligned with their strategic objectives.
  • • A core aspect of this role is managing the end-to-end content development process for enterprise programs. You will define clear objectives, establish realistic timelines, and implement robust mechanisms for tracking and communicating progress to both internal teams and external stakeholders. This requires a proactive and organized approach to project management.
  • • You will lead, mentor, and coach a high-performing team of Learning Experience Designers and contractors. This includes providing regular, growth-focused feedback, setting clear performance expectations, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture within the design team. Your leadership will be crucial in empowering your team to deliver exceptional results.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve the meticulous identification and definition of learning objectives. You will develop comprehensive course outlines and build training courses by applying instructional best practices. This includes leveraging frameworks such as evidence-centered design, backwards design, Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles, and objective-driven frameworks to ensure all learning components are effective and aligned.
  • • You will be responsible for ensuring that all content, including activities, assessments, and homework assignments, directly aligns with the defined learning objectives and demonstrably contributes to desired learner outcomes. This requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to pedagogical rigor.
  • • To maximize program effectiveness and learner engagement, you will utilize a diverse range of digital learning design techniques and approaches. Your recommendations for content delivery methods will be informed by a thorough understanding of the learner profile, client goals, and the subject matter, while also maintaining familiarity with the enterprise's Learning Management System (LMS) where applicable.
  • • You will embody the ability to articulate and integrate an enterprise's organization-wide goals into the learning content. This involves maintaining a deep familiarity with enterprise-specific language, examples, and milestones to ensure the training is relevant, resonant, and directly supports their broader strategic initiatives.
  • • Integrating design thinking principles and agile methodologies will be key to managing all facets of learning development projects, from initial needs analysis through to successful implementation. This requires a flexible and adaptable approach to project execution.
  • • You will be a champion for our mission, ensuring that the learning experiences you design empower learners and contribute to closing critical data, digital, and technology skills gaps within organizations. Your work will directly support Correlation One's commitment to fostering supportive, human-led, group learning environments that build both technical proficiency and learner confidence.
  • • This role demands a passion for continuous learning and staying abreast of the latest trends in AI and data science, enabling you to design cutting-edge upskilling and reskilling programs that prepare professionals for the evolving demands of the AI economy.

  • • An official company-wide holiday during the last week of the calendar year for extended festive breaks.
  • • Access to free data skills training through Correlation One's own innovative programs.
  • • A vibrant company culture that champions individual empowerment, embraces diversity, and is deeply committed to its core mission of creating equal access to opportunity.
