- • As Director of Pharmacy GPO Contract Connectivity at Premier Inc., you will drive improved revenue cycle performance for the Continuum of Care business unit by enhancing pharmacy contract connectivity, accuracy, and timeliness to increase revenue and reduce time to revenue for members, suppliers, and distributors.
- • Day to day, you will lead operational and strategic initiatives including developing SOPs, managing contract attachment and eligibility validation processes, monitoring KPIs, resolving revenue delays through cross-functional collaboration, and mentoring a team of pharmacy analysts to ensure compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

- • In this role, you will develop expertise in GPO operations, healthcare supply chain optimization, and contract lifecycle management while leading process improvements, technology enablement, and team development—positioning yourself as a strategic leader in healthcare operations with measurable impact on revenue integrity and member/supplier satisfaction.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7 or more years of applicable experience in GPO operations, pharmacy contracting, supply chain, or healthcare distribution
- • Bachelor’s degree required; preferred in Business, Healthcare Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- • Proven ability to lead operational teams, manage complex workflows, and drive process improvements through technology and automation
- • Strong knowledge of pharmacy distribution models, GPO contract structures, pricing validation, and supplier/distributor relationships
- • Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills with a focus on team development and operational excellence
