• • As the Director of Product Design for Business Accounts at Airwallex, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our core financial platform, directly impacting how businesses manage their global finances. This pivotal role involves defining and executing the design strategy for essential products such as business accounts, global transfers, high-yield offerings, and credit experiences. You will lead a talented team of product designers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence while collaborating closely with product and engineering leaders to deliver world-class financial solutions.
• • Your primary responsibility will be to establish a clear, compelling design vision for how businesses interact with and leverage Airwallex's offerings for cash management, high-yield investments, and credit facilities. This includes ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience for moving money into, within, and out of the Airwallex ecosystem, creating a foundational user experience that supports other product areas like spend management and subscription billing.
• • You will oversee the entire end-to-end design process for your team's products, encompassing user research, information architecture, interaction design, usability testing, and UI design. A key focus will be on elevating the quality bar for user experience and user interface design, particularly within complex, data-rich environments. This includes meticulously designing for intricate screens such as tables, charts, reconciliation views, and approval workflows, ensuring a polished and robust experience across desktop, mobile web, and native mobile applications.
• • Driving a rigorous discovery and validation process is crucial. You will ensure your teams are adept at utilizing user research, experimentation, and product analytics to gain deep insights into customer behavior and validate design decisions. This data-informed approach will be central to iterating and improving our financial products.
