- • Rwazi Inc. is seeking a highly strategic and deeply hands-on Director of Product Design to architect the core user experience of our AI-powered Customer SaaS Platform. This is a unique opportunity for a senior individual contributor to shape how enterprise brands leverage zero-party consumer intelligence, transforming our platform from a mere tool into an indispensable habit. You will own the design system, user psychology architecture, and the overall product experience, directly impacting adoption, stickiness, and expansion within our enterprise accounts.
- • The core mandate of this role is to design an enterprise-grade SaaS experience that fosters repeat usage and embeds viral and expansion mechanics. You will be instrumental in aligning user experience (UX) with critical revenue metrics such as account expansion, usage frequency, and referral generation. A significant part of your responsibility will be building and maintaining a scalable design system that ensures consistency and usability across the platform, while simultaneously elevating design as a strategic growth lever. Your work will directly influence product adoption and the growth of account value, making this a pivotal role in Rwazi's success.
- • In the realm of Enterprise User Psychology & Virality Architecture, you will design habit-forming workflows that encourage users to return to the platform more frequently. This involves embedding triggers for internal sharing, collaboration, and referrals, making it seamless for users to bring colleagues into the platform. You will align feature UX with the complex enterprise buying cycles and expansion logic, ensuring that the product's design facilitates and encourages growth within client organizations. A key objective is to convert satisfied users into internal advocates who champion the platform across different departments, driving wider adoption and deeper integration.
- • As the owner of the Design System, you will define and maintain scalable UX and visual systems that form the foundation of our product. This includes establishing global UX patterns that are not only intuitive but also suitable for sophisticated enterprise audiences. You will ensure a high degree of consistency across all components, including dashboards, analytics interfaces, and workflow modules, providing a cohesive and predictable user experience. As the platform grows in complexity, you will be responsible for continuously refining usability to ensure it remains accessible and efficient for all users.
- • Your role in Product Growth Alignment will focus on designing interfaces that encourage deeper exploration of data and insights. You will optimize dashboards and alerts to increase recurring engagement, making it easier for users to find value and actionable information. Crucially, you will align all UX decisions with measurable product metrics, ensuring that design choices directly contribute to business objectives. This requires close partnership with the Product and Sales teams to ensure that design strategies are tightly integrated with revenue goals and market needs.
- • In terms of Implementation & Iteration, you will own the entire design lifecycle, from initial concept generation through to post-launch optimization. This involves prototyping rapidly to test ideas and gather feedback from real users, ensuring that designs are validated before full development. You will partner closely with the Engineering team to guarantee high-fidelity execution of designs, maintaining the integrity of the user experience. Continuous refinement will be driven by a robust feedback loop, utilizing analytics, A/B testing, and direct user feedback to iterate and improve the product.
- • Your Cross-Functional Influence will be vital. You will collaborate extensively with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure a unified product vision and strategy. You will be expected to present design strategy, key decisions, and outcomes to executive leadership, articulating the value and impact of design. A significant part of this role involves translating complex data functionality into intuitive and easily understandable experiences for enterprise users.
- • The impact of strong performance in this role is significant: increased usage frequency per enterprise account, higher multi-department adoption, improved retention and expansion rates, the creation of clear and intuitive enterprise dashboards, and the generation of stronger product-led growth signals. Ultimately, this role determines whether Rwazi becomes an essential tool or an ingrained habit for our enterprise clients.
- • It's important to clarify what this role is NOT. This is not a surface-level UI design position focused solely on aesthetics. It is not brand or marketing design. It is not a passive support role, nor is it detached from commercial outcomes. This role demands strategic product thinking, a deep understanding of user psychology in a B2B context, and the ability to execute tactically at a high level.
