- • Lead the development and mentorship of RevOps professionals, building talent pipelines and strengthening team capabilities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- • Navigate ambiguous problem spaces and shifting priorities with agility, maintaining focus on revenue outcomes and operational excellence.
- • Ensure compliance and governance across commercial processes, including pricing, contracting, and revenue recognition frameworks.

- • Track record of leading platform consolidations, CPQ governance programs, and revenue architecture initiatives at scale
- • Proven experience leading and developing RevOps or Sales Operations teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- • Familiarity with Gong, Adobe Sign, Gainsight, Avalara, and the modern revenue tech stack
