- • As Director of Revenue Operations at PAR Technology Corporation, you will design and evolve the company’s revenue operating system, serving as the critical bridge between executive strategy and field execution to drive alignment across sales, customer success, and operations for improved revenue predictability, productivity, and growth.
- • You will own the design and evolution of PAR’s Revenue Operations operating model across Process, Tools & Data, and Governance lanes; build and lead a high-performing RevOps team; own the enterprise-wide revenue operating model; translate executive strategy into scalable systems; act as the connective layer between strategy and execution; partner with GTM leadership and General Managers; serve as a strategic advisor on segmentation, pricing, and GTM structure; drive enterprise-wide initiatives to improve revenue predictability and sales productivity; lead cross-functional transformation initiatives; own Salesforce platform strategy including consolidation and CPQ governance; own executive-level revenue intelligence including forecasting and investor-facing reporting; and lead, mentor, and develop the RevOps team.

🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles with strong SaaS industry experience
- • Deep Salesforce expertise across Sales Cloud, CPQ, MDQ, and Advanced Approvals at architecture-level fluency
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
- • Track record of leading platform consolidations, CPQ governance programs, and revenue architecture initiatives at scale
- • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and systems-design thinking with ability to translate executive direction into durable operating models
- • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, including executive- and investor-facing communication
- • Proven experience leading and developing RevOps or Sales Operations teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- • Familiarity with Gong, Adobe Sign, Gainsight, Avalara, and the modern revenue tech stack
- • Ability to operate as both architect and operator — setting long-term vision while driving near-term execution
- • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and ambiguous problem spaces
