- • As Director of Salesforce Development, you will shape the technical heart of Flosum’s mission to become the global leader in Salesforce-native DevSecOps and Data Protection, owning the architecture and delivery of critical platforms used by Fortune 500 enterprises, government agencies, and regulated industries.
- • You will lead end-to-end technical architecture across Salesforce (Apex, LWC, Metadata API) and Node.js systems, own the roadmap for DevOps capabilities (CI/CD, version control, automated merge, org comparison), and ensure reliability of data backup, disaster recovery, and archival products trusted by regulated enterprises.
- • You will directly lead, coach, and hold accountable a team of Salesforce and Node.js engineers with no management layers, train Node.js engineers to become Salesforce platform contributors within 1–2 months, and set the engineering bar by removing bottlenecks and making final technical calls to ensure execution never stalls.
- • You will partner with Security, Product, and GTM leaders to ensure every release meets the highest standards of demanding customers, gain autonomy akin to a founder with direct access to the CEO/CTO, and help build the team that establishes Flosum as the undisputed market leader in its category.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years in software development with 3+ years leading engineering teams
- • Deep Salesforce architecture mastery: Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Metadata & Tooling APIs, Platform Events, and governor-limit-aware design
- • Proven Salesforce DevOps expertise — source-driven development, CI/CD, sandbox strategy, and KPIs like lead time, deployment frequency, and change failure rate
- • Hands-on experience architecting Salesforce data backup, recovery, and archival systems at enterprise scale
- • Strong production Node.js experience and ability to own architecture spanning Salesforce and Node services
- • Enterprise experience in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, government, insurance) strongly preferred
