- • As Director of Salesforce Development, you will shape the technical heart of Flosum’s mission to become the global leader in Salesforce-native DevSecOps and Data Protection, owning the architecture and delivery of platforms that power critical Salesforce environments for Fortune 500s, government agencies, and regulated enterprises.
- • You will lead a team of Salesforce and Node.js engineers with full ownership of end-to-end technical architecture across Apex, LWC, Metadata API, and Node.js systems, driving roadmap execution for DevOps capabilities (CI/CD, version control, automated merge) and data backup, disaster recovery, and archival products.
- • Flosum is a Salesforce Summit Partner and Innovation Award winner building the category in Salesforce DevSecOps, offering direct access to CEO/CTO, zero layers of bureaucracy, and the autonomy to make final technical calls that prevent execution stalls.
- • You will coach Node.js engineers to become Salesforce platform contributors within 1–2 months, set engineering standards, remove bottlenecks, and partner with Security, Product, and GTM teams to ensure every release meets the highest enterprise compliance and reliability standards.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years in software development with 3+ years leading engineering teams
- • Deep Salesforce architecture mastery: Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Metadata & Tooling APIs, Platform Events, and governor-limit-aware design
- • Proven Salesforce DevOps expertise — source-driven development, CI/CD, sandbox strategy, and KPIs like lead time, deployment frequency, and change failure rate
- • Hands-on experience architecting Salesforce data backup, recovery, and archival systems at enterprise scale
- • Strong production Node.js experience and ability to own architecture spanning Salesforce and Node services
- • Enterprise experience in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, government, insurance) strongly preferred
