- • As Director of Salesforce Development, you will shape the technical heart of Flosum’s DevSecOps and Data Protection platform, directly influencing how the world’s largest enterprises deploy, protect, and scale on Salesforce.
- • You will own the end-to-end technical architecture across Salesforce (Apex, LWC, Metadata API) and Node.js systems, lead engineering teams without layers of management, and make final technical calls to ensure execution never stalls.
- • Flosum is a Salesforce Summit Partner and Innovation Award winner building the category leader in Salesforce-native DevSecOps and Data Protection, trusted by Fortune 500s, government agencies, and regulated enterprises.
- • You will have the autonomy of a founder, direct access to the CEO/CTO, and the opportunity to coach Node.js engineers into Salesforce experts while setting the engineering bar for a mission-critical platform.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years in software development with 3+ years leading engineering teams
- • Deep Salesforce architecture mastery: Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Metadata & Tooling APIs, Platform Events, and governor-limit-aware design
- • Proven Salesforce DevOps expertise — source-driven development, CI/CD, sandbox strategy, and KPIs like lead time, deployment frequency, and change failure rate
- • Hands-on experience architecting Salesforce data backup, recovery, and archival systems at enterprise scale
- • Strong production Node.js experience and ability to own architecture spanning Salesforce and Node services
- • Enterprise experience in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, government, insurance) strongly preferred
