- • Lead the development, implementation, and coordination of comprehensive internal and external social media strategies to build and maintain a favorable corporate image among investors, potential customers, employees, and the public.
- • Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent and accurate delivery of the corporate message across all social media channels.
- • Oversee the analysis of social media engagement data, sentiment, and response patterns to evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations for strategic adjustments.
- • Represent Zillow Group’s voice and brand in online communities, media outlets, financial analysts, and public forums to strengthen brand credibility and public trust.
- • Manage and mentor a team of social media professionals, including selection, performance evaluation, and professional development to ensure operational efficiency and high-performance outcomes.
- • Monitor emerging social media trends, platform updates, and industry benchmarks to maintain Zillow’s leadership position in digital communication and social intelligence.
- • Collaborate with marketing, communications, investor relations, and product teams to align social media content with broader corporate goals and public messaging.
- • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate policies in all social media activities, including disclosures, data privacy, and brand guidelines.
- • Translate complex business objectives into clear, compelling social narratives that resonate with diverse audiences across multiple platforms.
- • Drive crisis communication protocols on social media by preparing response frameworks, training teams, and leading real-time interventions during reputational risks.
- • Measure and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, sentiment shift, follower growth, and conversion metrics tied to brand perception and business outcomes.
- • Stay informed on platform-specific algorithms, advertising policies, and emerging tools to optimize content delivery and audience targeting across owned and paid social channels.
- • Coordinate with legal, compliance, and HR teams to address social media-related employee relations, public commentary, or internal policy alignment issues.
- • Maintain deep understanding of the real estate market and Zillow’s product ecosystem to ensure accurate, timely, and contextually relevant social media messaging.
- • Establish and sustain relationships with key influencers, media contacts, and industry thought leaders to amplify brand visibility and credibility.
- • Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate social media intelligence into corporate decision-making processes, including product development and customer experience improvements.
