📋 Description

• Performance Marketing Manager - Direct Acquisition / Performance Marketing at iwoca Limited, a high-impact, multi-channel role focused on driving acquisition growth through Paid Search, Direct Mail, and emerging digital platforms using AI and automation.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and optimizing Paid Search campaigns across Google Search, Performance Max, YouTube, and Demand Gen; automating operational workflows in Direct Mail (campaign coordination, lead delivery, agency management, QR/UTM tracking); collaborating with data science to refine predictive models; identifying cross-channel audience overlaps; and contributing to multi-channel attribution and broader acquisition strategy.

• In this role, you will develop expertise in AI-driven marketing automation, predictive model interpretation, multi-channel attribution, and fintech acquisition strategies while working with senior leadership, data science, engineering, and external agencies to drive measurable business impact.
