  • • You will partner with field hosts and Regional Marketing Business Partners to activate programs in local markets, adapting national strategies to regional nuances while maintaining brand consistency and maximizing local impact.
  • • You will design and deploy participant surveys, track sentiment and engagement metrics, and analyze outcomes to measure program effectiveness, using data-driven insights to refine future initiatives and demonstrate ROI to leadership.
  • • You will create and maintain internal communications hubs on Pipeline/SharePoint, ensuring teams have access to up-to-date program assets, timelines, budgets, and best practices, fostering transparency and knowledge sharing across the organization.
  • • You will assist in managing program budgets by tracking expenses, processing purchase orders, submitting invoices, and enforcing strict financial controls, ensuring all initiatives are delivered on budget and in compliance with corporate finance policies.
  • • You will champion Ferguson’s corporate identity, brand standards, and enterprise value proposition at every event and interaction, reinforcing brand recognition and highlighting the company’s full suite of products, services, and capabilities to trade professionals.
  • • You will represent Ferguson with professionalism and integrity at all times, embodying the company’s values of problem-solving, adaptability, and community-mindedness to deliver best-in-class customer experiences that reflect its legacy of building something meaningful since 1953.
  • • You will gain deep expertise in experiential marketing within a Fortune 500 B2B environment, developing advanced skills in event strategy, vendor management, budget oversight, data analysis, and cross-functional leadership — positioning yourself for growth into senior marketing or program management roles within Ferguson’s expansive marketing organization.
