- • Lead and manage paid search campaigns for pharmaceutical clients, driving execution and performance across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms.
- • Oversee day-to-day campaign management, optimization, budget pacing, and reporting while mentoring a small team of managers.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including media, analytics, and client services to ensure seamless campaign delivery and strategic alignment.
- • Develop expertise in SEM within healthcare marketing, leveraging data-driven insights to improve campaign performance and contribute to client success in a purpose-driven organization focused on transforming healthcare.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- • 6+ years experience in search engine marketing (SEM) with hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and tools like SA360 and Google Ads Editor
- • 2+ years of people management experience
- • Pharmaceutical Industry experience is required
- • Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite
- • Strong analytical mindset and creative problem-solving skills
