• • Performance / Growth Marketing Lead (Paid Media & Analytics) is a key role focused on driving user acquisition, campaign optimization, and scalability of digital marketing efforts for the U.S. market, directly impacting business growth and revenue.
• • Day to day, the person will design, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads; create targeted audiences, funnels, and retargeting strategies; monitor weekly performance; analyze data to generate actionable insights; build dashboards using Looker Studio or Tableau; collaborate with content and design teams; and propose improvements in tracking, attribution, and automation.
• • The role is with ReHire Solutions LLC, supporting a growing U.S.-focused company in a dynamic, collaborative, 100% remote contractor environment based in Colombia, with part-time hours Monday to Friday.
