- • Own the performance creative system that drives user growth across in-product and out-of-product channels, turning business opportunities, product understanding, user insight, and data into scalable, AI-powered creative systems across paid media, lifecycle channels, in-product surfaces, and creator/influencer collaborations.
- • Lead the full creative growth loop—hypothesis, brief, execution, measurement, learning, iteration—while partnering with Product and Engineering to build underlying systems like dynamic content generation, automated asset production, and experimentation tooling that enable speed, personalization, and scale.
- • Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, Finance, and Marketing to unlock scalable growth levers and deliver measurable impact across diverse markets, keeping user value at the center of decision-making.
- • Build compounding learning loops by capturing, codifying, sharing, and reusing creative results to influence both creative output and product/roadmap decisions, while raising creative velocity and signal quality without sacrificing standards.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years owning growth outcomes in performance marketing, product-led growth, or growth strategy roles with a track record of scaling what works.
- • Strong creative and analytical hybrid: deep intuition for what performs across platforms and the rigor to turn intuition into testable hypotheses and measurable learnings.
- • System-builder mindset: experience designing or materially upgrading a creative operating system.
- • Expertise in performance creative craft across major channels (Meta/TikTok/YouTube/Reddit/Search), including hooks, formats, UGC/creator style, narrative structures, fatigue management, localization, and iteration strategy.
- • High fluency with measurement and experimentation: incrementality mindset, clean test design, interpreting mixed signals, and effective partnership with Data Science.
- • Ability to write briefs that produce great work: crisp problem framing, clear audience + insight, concrete creative directions, and unambiguous success metrics.
- • Experience scaling creator/influencer content for performance: sourcing strategy, creator management, paid amplification, iteration loops, and measurement tied to growth outcomes.
- • Comfort with ambiguity and rapid iteration in a fast-moving product environment; strong judgment in balancing short-term performance wins with long-term capability building.
