- • As a Growth Manager for the Blitz platform at Voodoo SAS, you will act as the strategic growth leader for a top-priority mobile game app, functioning as the de facto CMO and key strategic partner to the CEO. Your primary mission is to drive aggressive user acquisition and revenue growth by owning the end-to-end growth strategy for a flagship game within Voodoo’s high-impact portfolio. You will be instrumental in scaling one of the company’s most valuable assets, leveraging Blitz’s unique positioning as a competitive gaming platform with real cash prizes to maximize engagement and monetization.
- • You will build and own a comprehensive growth strategy that integrates paid user acquisition (UA) with organic and partnership-driven growth levers, including influencer marketing, app store optimization (ASO), community building, featuring opportunities, and innovative growth hacking tactics. Your role involves designing, launching, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns while continuously monitoring market trends and competitor movements to identify emerging opportunities and stay ahead in the fast-evolving mobile gaming landscape.
- • Day-to-day, you will execute acquisition campaigns across paid and non-paid channels, analyze performance data rigorously to measure ROI and LTV, and use insights to reallocate budget, prioritize high-impact initiatives, and uncover new growth vectors. You will collaborate closely with product, creative, data, and live ops teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and product updates, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact from available resources.
- • You will be onboarded by Voodoo’s Growth Central team, a center of excellence that provides deep expertise in performance marketing, enabling you to rapidly build mastery in mobile growth frameworks while owning end-to-end accountability for your game’s performance. This role offers significant autonomy and ownership, ideal for a proactive, data-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and enjoys rolling up their sleeves to solve complex growth challenges.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced expertise in mobile growth strategy, performance marketing analytics, cross-functional leadership, and strategic decision-making under uncertainty. You will gain direct exposure to C-level stakeholders and have the opportunity to shape the trajectory of a high-visibility game, positioning yourself for rapid career advancement within Voodoo’s growth organization or in the broader tech and gaming industry.
🎯 Requirements
- • Master’s degree from a top engineering or business school (Grande École program)
- • 3+ years of experience in strategy consulting or investment banking
- • Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities with a genuine interest in mobile gaming, apps, or performance marketing
- • Autonomous, proactive mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- • Fluency in English
