  • • Lead the Small and Medium Business (SMB) segment within Veeva’s Commercial Practice, driving transformation in how life sciences companies capture, utilize, and act on Commercial Evidence to accelerate treatments to patients.
  • • Architect and deliver end-to-end consulting engagements focused on Agentic Commercial Vault CRM migrations and implementations, ensuring seamless adoption of Veeva’s AI-powered capabilities.
  • • Redefine operating models for commercial teams by integrating technology, data, and AI to modernize HCP engagement planning and execution strategies.
  • • Identify and design future customer engagement capabilities required for life sciences organizations, mapping clear pathways to digital transformation and operational modernization.
  • • Optimize field force productivity and effectiveness by aligning sales strategies with data-driven insights and Veeva’s commercial platform capabilities.
  • • Define and execute account-based engagement strategies that align with customer goals, leveraging Veeva’s data infrastructure to drive targeted, measurable outcomes.
  • • Accelerate product launches through data-driven commercial planning, enabling faster market access and improved commercial readiness for new therapies.
  • • Partner with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and data science to translate customer needs into scalable solutions and roadmap priorities.
  • • Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and commercial leadership at SMB clients, guiding organizational change and securing buy-in for technology-driven transformation initiatives.
  • • Measure and communicate tangible business value delivered through consulting engagements, using KPIs tied to efficiency gains, revenue growth, and operational performance.
  • • Mentor and develop junior consultants within the SMB practice, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and client-centric problem solving.
  • • Stay at the forefront of industry trends in life sciences commercialization, regulatory environments, and digital health technologies to inform client strategies and Veeva’s service offerings.
  • • Collaborate with global consulting teams to scale best practices, share insights, and ensure consistency in delivery across regions and client segments.
  • • Represent Veeva at industry events, client forums, and internal knowledge-sharing sessions to elevate the visibility and impact of the SMB consulting practice.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience leading consulting engagements in the life sciences industry, specifically within commercial operations, sales force effectiveness, or HCP engagement.
  • • Deep expertise in Veeva Vault CRM or similar commercial platforms, including implementation, configuration, and adoption strategies.
  • • Demonstrated success in driving organizational change and digital transformation for SMB clients in life sciences.
  • • Strong track record of delivering measurable business value through data-driven strategies and AI-enabled solutions.
  • • Ability to engage and influence C-suite executives and commercial leaders in complex, regulated environments.
  • • Experience mentoring and developing consulting teams or leading client-facing project teams.
