- • Support the global organic social media team in managing MUBI’s social channels including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and Facebook
- • Research, ideate, and create original social-first content that aligns with MUBI’s brand and resonates with global film audiences
- • Draft compelling, short-form social media copy for campaigns, channel posts, and upcoming original MUBI film releases
- • Own social media reporting using third-party analytics tools to track channel performance and campaign metrics
- • Analyze social media data to identify trends, measure success, and provide actionable insights to the digital marketing team
- • Monitor and engage with MUBI’s social media community, responding to comments and messages in collaboration with customer support teams
- • Research and report on competitive social media strategies within the film and streaming industry
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, production, and distribution teams to coordinate social campaigns and content calendars
- • Participate actively in team meetings, contributing ideas while helping to organize and follow up on action items
- • Work independently to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality content under tight timelines
- • Utilize editing software such as Adobe Premiere and Photoshop to produce and modify visual content for social platforms
- • Maintain awareness of evolving social media trends, platform algorithms, and cultural moments to keep content fresh and relevant
- • Contribute to the growth of MUBI’s global brand by ensuring consistent, high-quality, and culturally informed social presence
- • Work in a hybrid model requiring 3 office days per week in London (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday), with flexibility to use office space on remaining days
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing
- • Proven portfolio of creative, engaging, and results-driven social media content
- • Strong ability to write compelling short-form copy for brand social channels
- • Experience with social media reporting tools and analysis of key performance metrics
- • Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere and Photoshop for content creation
- • Fluency in English
- • Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional qualification
- • Passion for cinema, particularly independent, international, and classic films
