- • Senior/Lead User Acquisition Manager (Meta) at Agen, a portfolio company of Skelar AS, responsible for leading the Meta Ads user acquisition strategy from web2web to web2app, with the goal of building and scaling a high-performing team to drive growth in competitive Tier-1 markets.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include setting up infrastructure for paid traffic launch on Meta and other channels, initiating Meta Ads campaigns to validate unit economics with product marketing and creative teams, establishing a continuous testing framework for marketing hypotheses to achieve product-market-fit, and mentoring the existing User Acquisition team to improve performance and develop people-management skills.
- • Skelar AS is a Ukrainian venture builder with over 1000 employees, building international tech businesses across EdTech, marketplaces, and social discovery, backed by strong traction including 4M+ new users, top AppStore rankings, and coverage in TechCrunch and Wired; the company fosters talent through internal clubs, training, conferences, and a supportive ecosystem including the SKELAR Foundation.
- • The role offers the opportunity to shape strategy from scratch, access resources for large-scale experiments, grow into a people-manager leading three specialized UAMs within 6-8 months, and contribute to meaningful social impact by helping adults 45+ form meaningful connections in the US, UK, CA, AU, and NZ markets.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads for B2C SaaS products
- • Proven success managing advertising budgets of $500,000+ per month
- • Strong analytical mindset with habit of validating hypotheses through data and tracking metrics at launch
- • Initiative and desire to grow quickly into a people-management role
- • English proficiency at Intermediate level (B1+) or higher
