- • As Director, Paid Social at Tinuiti, you will lead a portfolio of clients and serve as the senior, day-to-day owner of client relationships and growth agendas, partnering with senior Client Partners and Pod Leaders to align account strategies with client goals, set clear expectations, and build trust through proactive, high-value stakeholder engagement.
- • You will own the financial health of your team and channel(s), including margin, utilization/capacity, and forecast accuracy, working closely with Pod Leader and Finance to ensure profitability and resource alignment while driving growth through data-informed decisions.
- • Day to day, you will orchestrate responsible use of platform automation and features (Meta Advantage+, TikTok Smart Performance, Pinterest Performance+), pilot and scale innovations, and embed Bliss Point insights—such as forecasting, always-on incrementality, creative insights, and brand equity—into planning and budget allocation.
- • You will install strong measurement habits by ensuring signal quality and data health (pixel/CAPI, event mapping, UTMs/GA4), requiring financial narratives (forecast vs. actual), and documenting model caveats to support transparent, growth-first decision-making.
- • You will connect Social to other channels—Search, Commerce/Retail Media, TV/Audio, and Creative—by explaining how paid social complements broader marketing efforts, proposing integrated plans, and establishing straightforward measurement approaches to prove combined lift.
- • You will codify reusable playbooks, educate clients and internal teams, stay current on platform and industry shifts, and bring pragmatic innovation that drives adoption and consistency across teams.
- • As a people leader, you will build and lead high-performing teams through clear KPIs, weekly 1:1s, timely feedback, skill development, succession planning, and effective hiring and onboarding, while upholding governance via scorecards and QA cadence to sustain quality.
- • You will think and act like an owner by eliminating recurring waste at the root, making change safe with guardrails and rollbacks, closing issues quickly, publishing before/after results, and sharing adoptable playbooks to drive continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience in Paid Social with proven results at scale across multiple platforms including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, and LinkedIn/X as relevant.
- • 3+ years of people leadership experience managing managers and senior individual contributors, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
- • Demonstrated ability to connect Paid Social to Search, Commerce/Retail Media, TV/Audio, and Creative channels through clear, persuasive narratives that align with business outcomes.
- • Expertise in platform-specific tools and measurement, including Meta Advantage+/value optimization, TikTok Smart Performance, Pinterest Performance+, GA4, and platform analytics, with the ability to set growth-first innovations and translate Bliss Point insights into actionable plans.
- • Strong financial acumen, including experience partnering with Pod Leader and Finance on margin, utilization, capacity, and forecast accuracy for team and channel health.
- • Executive presence with clear, concise storytelling, confidence engaging senior stakeholders, and the ability to set expectations and influence decisions.
