📋 Description

  • As a Director of Partner Account Management within FICO's B2B Scores division, you will be instrumental in driving growth and success for our key strategic partners in the mortgage, auto, and consumer lending verticals.
  • You will serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a dedicated portfolio of partners, cultivating strong, enduring relationships to ensure alignment and achieve mutual business objectives.
  • A core responsibility will be the co-development and execution of joint go-to-market strategies designed to accelerate revenue growth, enhance product adoption, and deepen market penetration for FICO Scores.
  • You will collaborate closely with other B2B segments, including Mortgage, Consumer Lending, and Auto, to thoroughly understand their strategic priorities and ensure that Partner Account Management goals are seamlessly integrated and supportive of these broader objectives.
  • Acting as a knowledgeable advisor, you will be responsible for articulating the value proposition of FICO's innovative solutions, such as UltraFICO/Plaid, Data Leverage Platform (DLP), and 10T, both internally and externally, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging.
  • You will participate in cross-functional meetings, bringing specialized expertise on strategic solutions owned by the B2B Scores team, including UltraFICO and DLP, to support broader sales and client success initiatives.
  • A deep understanding of each partner's strategic direction is paramount. You will proactively identify opportunities for expansion and growth, championing new score initiatives and bringing them to market effectively.
  • You will lead comprehensive partner enablement programs, delivering targeted training, essential sales tools, and in-depth product education to empower partners to effectively position and sell FICO Scores to their respective client bases.
  • Close collaboration with internal teams, including Marketing, Product Management, and Analytics, will be essential to ensure that partner needs are accurately captured and translated into FICO's innovation pipeline and product roadmap.
  • You will act as a strong internal advocate for our partners, diligently gathering their feedback and translating it into actionable insights for product improvements, new feature development, and the creation of differentiated solutions tailored to specific industry verticals.
  • This role involves the negotiation and meticulous management of partner agreements, including renewals, expansions, and commercial terms, working in close coordination with internal Legal and Finance departments.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and tracking pipeline activities within CRM systems is crucial, alongside diligent monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Performance Metrics (KPMs).
  • You will continuously monitor partner performance, analyzing key metrics such as revenue, pipeline development, and market penetration to surface actionable insights and recommend strategic adjustments to optimize growth trajectories.
  • A significant aspect of this role is the ownership of the Strategic Business Plan development process, engaging both internal and external stakeholders to create a living document that guides future growth and tracks progress against objectives.
  • Staying abreast of the competitive landscape, evolving regulatory changes, and emerging industry trends is vital to expertly guide partners in leveraging FICO solutions to achieve their desired business outcomes.
  • You will serve as the "face of FICO" to strategic partners and the broader industry, representing the company at client meetings, industry conferences, and potentially through speaking engagements, actively promoting FICO's initiatives and thought leadership.
