- • Partner with VP-level business leaders in Global Supply Chain and Home Warranty to align people strategy with organizational objectives and drive peak productivity.
- • Identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, structures, processes, and behaviors to support business goals.
- • Leverage data insights and technology to inform fact-based talent decisions and strategic workforce planning.
- • Collaborate with HR Operations, Employee Relations Center, and Centers of Excellence to develop integrated HR solutions that address business challenges.
- • Lead talent development, succession planning, employee engagement, organizational change, and organizational design initiatives.
- • Support acquisition, divestiture, and integration of organizations by providing HR guidance and ensuring seamless transitions.
- • Drive end-to-end talent acquisition, learning, and performance management processes across the client groups.
- • Oversee compensation strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives and market benchmarks.
- • Forecast and plan talent pipeline requirements to support current and future business strategy.
- • Provide expert coaching and advice to leaders and employees, aligning development opportunities with performance standards.
- • Identify, share, and institutionalize best practices across functional and business lines to elevate HR effectiveness.
- • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives including new organization designs, compensation plans, talent recruitment, and behavioral change programs.
- • Act as a consultant and gatekeeper to ensure optimal use of HR Centers of Excellence resources in problem-solving and strategy creation.
- • Work closely with HR Operations and Employee Relations to ensure appropriate analytics, policies, and processes are implemented throughout the client group.
- • Demonstrate financial acumen by understanding annual and long-term budgeting cycles and managing HR-related financial implications.
- • Maintain current knowledge of progressive HR practices, labor laws, compliance standards, and industry trends.
- • Operate effectively in a matrixed, global organization with complex reporting structures and diverse stakeholder needs.
- • Travel up to 10–15% to support business units and HR initiatives.
- • Perform duties in a standard office environment requiring regular use of computer and phone equipment, with occasional standing, walking, and lifting of up to 10 pounds.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- • 6+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years creating and implementing people strategy for departments or functional areas
- • PHR/SPHR or equivalent certification demonstrating knowledge of HR law, compliance, policy, and process
- • Demonstrated strong collaboration skills across HR and business functions
- • Ability to communicate effectively up, down, and across all levels of the organization, verbally and in writing
- • Proven experience in workforce planning, organization design, change management, performance management, compensation, and employee engagement
