- • Lead Ramp’s multi-channel performance marketing strategy across paid search, paid social, affiliates, direct mail, creative experimentation, and emerging channels.
- • Manage and mentor a team of channel leads, fostering a culture of accountability, creativity, and data-driven decision-making.
- • Design and implement frameworks for budget allocation, attribution, and forecasting to maximize ROI across all performance marketing channels.
- • Partner with Analytics, Product, and Finance teams to measure campaign performance, optimize spend, and align marketing initiatives with company-wide growth goals.
- • Drive systematic creative experimentation in collaboration with design and content teams to improve conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.
- • Identify, test, and scale emerging performance marketing channels and technologies to future-proof Ramp’s acquisition engine.
- • Report on key performance metrics and provide strategic insights to executive leadership to ensure transparency and alignment with business objectives.
- • Own the end-to-end execution of Ramp’s performance marketing initiatives, ensuring high-stakes, data-dense campaigns deliver measurable impact on business outcomes.
- • Scale a substantial annual marketing budget exceeding $10M across multiple channels while maintaining efficiency and innovation.
- • Challenge conventional marketing approaches with creative, data-backed strategies that drive growth beyond industry norms.
- • Build and develop high-performing teams with a focus on leadership, professional growth, and operational excellence in a fast-paced, high-urgency environment.
- • Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with Ramp’s mission to automate and optimize financial infrastructure for over 70,000 businesses managing $200B in annualized spend.
- • Maintain rigorous standards for attribution modeling, incrementality testing, and ROI measurement to guide strategic decisions and resource allocation.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate performance marketing insights into product development and customer journey optimization.
- • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging platforms to ensure Ramp remains a leader in performance marketing innovation within the B2B SaaS and fintech sectors.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of performance marketing experience, with at least 3+ years managing a team in high-growth B2B, SaaS, or fintech
- • Proven success scaling large performance budgets ($10M+ annually) across multiple channels
- • Strong analytical skills with mastery of attribution, incrementality testing, and ROI measurement
- • Demonstrated creativity in campaign strategy and a willingness to challenge conventional approaches
- • Exceptional leadership and people management skills with a track record of building and developing teams
- • Strong business acumen and judgment to balance efficiency with bold growth bets
