- • As Director of Product Management for Twilio’s Phone Numbers team, you will lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a critical gateway product that enables global messaging and voice communications for hundreds of thousands of businesses and millions of developers.
- • You will develop and drive product strategy aligned with Twilio’s global growth, regulatory requirements, and scalable operations; collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, Legal, and Communications Product teams; launch innovative phone number products from infrastructure to market; serve as the voice of the customer; and manage and mentor a global team of product managers to execute on ambitious goals.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in scaling B2B and developer-facing cloud products, leading high-impact product launches in regulated ecosystems, translating technical complexity into business value, and building world-class products that become foundational for customers and internal teams alike—while growing your leadership influence across executive stakeholders and global teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 10+ years of Product Management or related experience building customer-facing cloud products for businesses (B2B) or developers
- • Experience growing a team of product managers
- • Experience with highly technical, multi-workstream product launches; distributed systems experience a plus
- • BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- • Strong communicator able to translate technical details, customer problems, and business impact for leadership, partners, and cross-functional teams
- • Organized and comfortable working with exec-level stakeholders while driving deep customer relationships

- • Competitive pay with location-based salary ranges (e.g., $227,840–$248,800 in Colorado/Hawaii/Illinois/Maryland/Massachusetts/Minnesota/Vermont/Washington D.C.; up to $268,000–$335,000 in San Francisco Bay Area)
