📋 Description

• We're hiring a Director of Product Marketing to own the go-to-market strategy for 1Password's core product portfolio: Enterprise Password Manager, SaaS Manager, and Device Trust.
• This is a senior leadership role with two responsibilities that carry equal weight: running a strong PMM team, and owning the positioning, narrative, and GTM execution for 1Password's core products.
• You'll work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Brand Marketing.
• The expectation: strong output from your team, and a visible lift in the quality of thinking across every team you partner with.
• You'll lead a team, not just contribute to one. This is a genuine people leadership role with room to build the team and the function.
• 1Password is remote-first and has been since day one. We hire for judgment, not proximity.
• The company is scaling fast and the marketing function is maturing alongside it. There’s real room to shape how PMM works here, not just execute an inherited model.
• You’ll own the narrative for products that 180,000+ businesses depend on, in a category that is actively being redefined by AI.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, with strong depth in identity security, credentials management, or access governance.
• Hands-on experience positioning AI-adjacent or AI-native security solutions.
• A working understanding of how identity security needs to evolve to support developers and AI builders.
• Able to market technically complex products to different audiences — IT leaders, security engineers, CISOs — without losing coherence across them.
• A track record in competitive markets where winning required unseating incumbents or reframing a category, not just occupying one.
