- • As Director, Project Management - Autoimmune at PFM Asset Management, you will lead and oversee clinical trial project teams to ensure successful delivery of studies meeting quality, scope, cost, and time objectives while driving strategic partnership development.
- • Day to day, you will direct Project Directors and Project Managers, manage resource allocation, optimize profitability, interact with study sponsors as primary escalation point, assess project risks, ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards, and lead performance evaluations and coaching of project leadership.
- • You will join Precision Medicine Group’s global project management organization, a cross-functional team focused on delivering complex clinical trials in autoimmune and related therapeutic areas with a commitment to quality, people, clients, and performance.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in global clinical program leadership, strategic portfolio management, talent development in project leadership, and driving continuous improvement through KPI measurement and process optimization while influencing business development and bid defense efforts.
