• • As Director, Project Management - Oncology, you will lead and oversee project teams responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of clinical trial programs, ensuring alignment with quality, scope, cost, and time objectives while driving strategic partnership development.
• • Day to day, you will direct Project Directors and Project Managers, manage resource allocations, provide technical guidance on scope and risk, interact with study sponsors as a primary escalation point, and ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards across global oncology projects.
• • You will join Precision Medicine Group, a leader in oncology-focused clinical research services, working within a cross-functional, global project management organization committed to quality, innovation, and ethical excellence in pharmaceutical and device development.
• • In this role, you will develop leadership expertise in managing complex global trials, refine strategic planning and risk management capabilities, strengthen executive presence through senior stakeholder engagement, and drive continuous improvement by measuring KPIs and mentoring high-performing project leadership teams.
