- • Savvy Insurance Services, Inc. is seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to lead and elevate the company's Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and execution. This pivotal role will transform RevOps from a support function into a strategic partner, driving revenue growth and operational efficiency across Sales, Marketing, and Post-Sales teams.
- • As the Director of Revenue Operations, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our revenue engine. Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of GTM operations, including developing and owning the GTM strategy and planning layer. This involves meticulous revenue forecasting, strategic capacity planning, effective quota setting, precise campaign performance attribution, and crafting the compelling Weekly Business Review narrative that synthesizes key insights for leadership.
- • You will act as the crucial strategic link between Marketing and Sales, defining critical elements such as lead routing rules, establishing clear Service Qualified Opportunity (SQO)-to-close conversion standards, reporting on channel Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and implementing robust feedback loops. These mechanisms will ensure that GTM investments directly translate into high-quality pipeline generation and measurable business outcomes.
- • A core aspect of your role will be to govern the entire GTM technology stack. This includes overseeing CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, data enrichment tools, and analytics solutions. You will manage the integration between HubSpot and Salesforce, uphold stringent data hygiene standards, and make key architectural decisions to maintain a unified source of truth for the entire company, ensuring seamless data flow and operational integrity.
- • You will collaborate closely with our AI and engineering teams to conceptualize and build proprietary internal tooling. The goal of this initiative is to significantly increase throughput and efficiency across all sales motions, empowering our sales teams with cutting-edge technology.
- • A significant part of your mandate will be to define and enforce the operational "rules of the game" for the revenue organization. This includes establishing clear pipeline stage governance, designing effective territory structures, defining engagement rules between Sales and Marketing, and implementing process frameworks that enable the revenue organization to scale effectively without compromising performance or breaking down.
- • Furthermore, you will own the critical post-sales operations. This encompasses managing the handoff processes from sales to customer success, tracking Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and expansion pipeline, implementing necessary tooling, and developing workflow automations to optimize the customer lifecycle and drive continued growth.
- • You will lead and develop a growing team of 3 RevOps specialists, providing guidance and mentorship across marketing operations, sales operations, and post-sales operations, fostering a high-performing and collaborative team environment.
