Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Define and drive a clear instructional vision that measurably improves how the SAT Suite shapes classroom practice across states and districts, ensuring alignment between assessment data and teacher decision-making.
- • Establish strategy to translate SAT Suite assessment insights into concrete changes in instructional decision-making, teacher practice, and student outcomes, with a focus on increasing adoption and effective use in historically underserved communities.
- • Own the end-to-end effectiveness of the SAT Suite instructional ecosystem, ensuring it drives meaningful educator action and sustained usage—not just resource availability—and eliminate fragmentation by unifying Digital SAT, Skills Insight™, the Educator Question Bank, and state standards into a coherent instructional system.
- • Design and refine scalable systems that create differentiated but actionable implementation pathways to increase partner uptake and depth of use, enabling educators to efficiently translate SAT data into instructional adjustments that improve alignment and student readiness.
- • Define and uphold clear quality standards so instructional materials are consistently used to inform teaching decisions, not merely accessed, ensuring all frameworks directly support educator actions such as planning, reteaching, and differentiation.
- • Drive consistency and clarity across all educator-facing materials so educators can reliably apply SAT insights without additional interpretation or support, holding accountability for quality as measured by impact on instructional shifts, not just completion or distribution.
- • Own outcomes related to the relevance, timeliness, and effectiveness of instructional materials, ensuring they drive partner action aligned to product and go-to-market priorities, and establish governance processes that enable faster, higher-quality decision-making.
- • Partner cross-functionally with product, research, design, and field teams to ensure instructional systems influence product usage, field enablement, and partner success metrics, preventing standalone resource development and promoting integration.
- • Use adoption data, educator behavior, and partner outcomes to continuously prioritize and drive the highest-impact improvements, ensuring coherence across the ecosystem increases partner execution and reduces duplication in practice.
- • Author and publish multimedia instructional content using Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, and Adobe Creative Cloud, creating simulations, JavaScript extensions, and other interactive solutions.
- • Maintain expertise in LMS technologies and emerging standards such as xAPI and cmi5, ensuring instructional systems are technically robust, interoperable, and scalable.
- • Implement ADA Section 508/WCAG accessibility requirements across all training programs and digital resources to ensure equitable access for all educators.
- • Deliver high-impact, executive-level presentations and written communications to internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating outstanding professional writing and verbal communication skills.
- • Collaborate effectively with diverse teams across functions and divisions, leveraging strong project management skills to align cross-functional priorities and deliver complex initiatives on time.
- • Travel 4–8 times annually to College Board offices or for business purposes, supporting in-person collaboration and partner engagement.
- • Cultivate a learner’s mindset by embracing emerging technologies, experimenting with AI-driven solutions, and independently learning and adopting new digital tools to enhance instructional systems.
- • Advance educational equity by ensuring all instructional strategies and resources are designed to expand opportunity and improve outcomes for students nationwide.
