- • Lead the delivery of complex supply chain advisory projects focused on operational efficiency, digital enablement, and client satisfaction.
- • Engage directly with client leadership to understand business challenges and co-develop actionable supply chain strategies across manufacturing operations and finite scheduling.
- • Manage cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of project plans, clear stakeholder communication, and consistent quality outcomes.
- • Contribute to solution development by integrating industry best practices, data-driven insights, and emerging technologies into supply chain advisory offerings.
- • Support account growth by identifying new business opportunities within existing client engagements and actively contributing to proposal development.
- • Mentor mid-level consultants and managers, fostering skill development in supply chain strategy, analytics, and client engagement techniques.
- • Ensure strict adherence to delivery standards, risk protocols, and compliance requirements across all advisory engagements.
- • Apply expertise in manufacturing operations, production planning, and scheduling to optimize supply chain performance for global enterprise clients.
- • Utilize Kinaxis and other digital tools to enable real-time production scheduling and supply chain visibility for clients.
- • Leverage data visualization techniques to translate complex supply chain data into strategic insights for executive stakeholders.
- • Drive innovation by aligning advisory solutions with Genpact’s AI Gigafactory and agentic AI capabilities to deliver scalable, transformative outcomes.
- • Maintain advanced proficiency in English to communicate effectively with global clients and internal teams.
- • Operate in a remote, virtual environment with a day shift schedule aligned to United States time zones.
- • Contribute to a values-driven culture grounded in courage, curiosity, incisiveness, integrity, and inclusion.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management; Master’s in Operations Management preferred
- • APICS CPIM, CPSM, or CSCP certification
- • Proven experience in business consulting with a focus on supply chain advisory
- • Expertise in Kinaxis, manufacturing operations, and production planning and scheduling
- • Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams and mentoring mid-level consultants
- • Advanced English language proficiency (C1 level)
