• Join SeedTrust, a leading U.S.-based escrow fund manager, as an Independent Contractor Disbursement Request Specialist and play a vital role in helping families grow by simplifying the financial aspects of surrogacy and egg donation.
• This is a fully remote, independent contractor position, specifically seeking individuals based in Costa Rica who are fluent in business English.
• As a Disbursement Request Specialist, you will be instrumental in supporting the financial journey of intended parents, surrogates, and egg donors by meticulously reviewing and processing reimbursement requests.
• Your primary responsibility will involve ensuring the accuracy and compliance of all financial disbursements, directly contributing to the reduction of financial stress for families navigating the complexities of assisted reproduction.
• You will be tasked with reviewing client contracts to ensure that all payments made to surrogates, egg donors, insurance companies, medical providers, and other relevant parties strictly adhere to the agreed-upon contract terms.
• A critical aspect of your role will be to identify and prevent duplicate payments, safeguarding the integrity of the escrow process and maintaining client trust.
• You will proactively request any missing documentation required to validate reimbursement requests, ensuring a complete and thorough review process.
