• • Join Nagarro Engineer’s dual-study program in Business Informatics (Wirtschaftsinformatik) and combine cutting-edge SAP consulting with a fully accredited Bachelor of Science degree from the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW). This is not a classic internship—on day one you are a billable project team member, entrusted with real customer deliverables while you learn.
• • Over the 3-year program you alternate every three months between theory blocks on campus and high-impact practice blocks at Nagarro. During the practice phases you will be embedded in live SAP S/4HANA transformation, roll-out, and optimization projects for DAX-listed corporations and fast-growing mid-caps. You will receive a personal training plan that maps each semester’s academic modules to hands-on tasks in SAP FI/CO, MM, SD, WM, EWM, or SuccessFactors, ensuring that classroom concepts are immediately applied and deepened.
• • From the first sprint you will be assigned your own work packages: configuring blueprints, writing functional specs, executing test scripts, or building Fiori extensions. You will present results directly to senior consultants and, when ready, to client stakeholders. Your designated mentor—an experienced SAP architect—meets with you weekly to review progress, remove blockers, and align your learning goals with project needs.
• • Expect to travel to customer sites across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland up to 40 % of your time. On-site days are carefully coordinated with your study calendar and always include shadowing of senior colleagues, joint design workshops, and structured feedback sessions. Remote work is fully supported when you are not required on site; Nagarro provides a premium home-office stipend for equipment and connectivity.
• • You will rotate through at least three different project contexts—greenfield implementations, system consolidations, and agile cloud migrations—so that you graduate with 360° insight into the SAP landscape. Each rotation ends with a formal retrospective where you document lessons learned and update your individual development plan.
• • Beyond SAP, you will gain exposure to adjacent technologies: process mining with Celonis, low-code extensions via Microsoft Power Platform, and data analytics in SAP Datasphere. Internal bootcamps and certification vouchers are provided to help you earn badges such as SAP Certified Application Associate or Scrum Master.
• • You are encouraged to bring your own ideas into the team. Previous dual students have launched robotic-process-automation prototypes, created Fiori design guidelines, and co-authored whitepapers on sustainability reporting in SAP. A yearly innovation budget of €2,000 is available for your experiments.
• • Soft-skills training is baked into the curriculum: moderation techniques, stakeholder storytelling, and intercultural communication. You will regularly facilitate sprint reviews and requirements workshops, coached by our senior UX and change-management experts.
