• • As a Dynamics 365 Solution Architect at CareSource Management Group Company, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing transformative enterprise solutions leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform and Azure ecosystem.
• • This pivotal role demands a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing (Customer Insights – Journeys), and Project Operations, with a strong emphasis on architecting end-to-end solutions that drive business value and operational efficiency.
• • You will be instrumental in shaping the technical direction, leading complex customizations, and ensuring seamless integrations that empower our organization.
• • Your expertise will be crucial in owning the Dataverse architecture, meticulously defining data models, implementing robust security protocols, optimizing performance, and establishing effective Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and extensibility strategies.
• • This role requires a hands-on approach to designing and overseeing intricate customizations, utilizing advanced techniques such as plugins, custom APIs, client-side scripting, and Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) controls to deliver bespoke functionalities.
• • You will architect and govern integrations, employing a range of Azure services and Power Platform capabilities to ensure reliable and scalable data flow across systems.
• • A key responsibility will be the creation of comprehensive architecture documentation, including High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), and detailed integration diagrams, serving as blueprints for development and implementation teams.
• • You will act as a technical mentor and leader, guiding and inspiring a team of developers to achieve project goals and uphold best practices in solution development.
• • Your responsibilities extend to hands-on development of Dataverse plugins, custom workflow activities, and custom APIs using C#/.NET, demonstrating a deep technical capability.
• • You will leverage strong experience in client-side customization with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, and possess expertise in building sophisticated PCF controls using React and Fluent UI, ensuring performant, reusable, and maintainable custom UI components.
• • A solid understanding of Power Apps (model-driven and canvas), Power Automate, and Power Pages is essential for designing and delivering comprehensive business solutions.
• • You will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful Power BI reports and dashboards, providing critical insights to stakeholders.
• • Establishing governance, security, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices for the Power Platform will be a key aspect of ensuring the long-term success and maintainability of our solutions.
• • Your experience in designing integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API-based patterns will be vital for creating robust and scalable enterprise integration architectures.
• • Hands-on experience with SSIS and Azure Data Factory (ADF) for data migration and ETL workloads will be crucial for managing data effectively.
• • You will possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and AI capabilities within Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, identifying practical AI-driven use cases to enhance productivity, automate processes, and generate valuable insights.

• • The compensation range for this role is $113,000.00 - $197,700.00, reflecting the significant experience and expertise required.
