• • As an E-commerce Product Enablement Assistant at MOO Inc., you will play a pivotal role in empowering sellers to succeed in the digital marketplace by enabling seamless product listing, inventory synchronization, and order management across multiple e-commerce platforms. You will work closely with product, engineering, and merchant success teams to build scalable tools and integrations that reduce friction in online selling, improve conversion rates, and enhance the overall seller experience. Your contributions will directly impact how efficiently brands of all sizes—from emerging startups to global enterprises—can manage and scale their product presence online.
• • You will design, develop, and maintain product enablement features such as bulk upload tools, real-time inventory sync, automated order routing, and platform-specific connectors for marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and WooCommerce. You will collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure intuitive workflows for sellers and work with data engineers to guarantee accurate, timely product and inventory data flows. You will also support merchant onboarding, provide technical guidance on feed specifications, and help troubleshoot integration issues to minimize downtime and support seller growth.
• • You will participate in agile development cycles, contribute to API design and documentation, and help define best practices for product data modeling, feed validation, and error handling. You will stay current with e-commerce trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to ensure MOO’s enablement solutions remain competitive, secure, and aligned with industry standards.
